1. I can not submit my information to join? I entered my City, State, e-mail address, user name and checked the box to indicate that I agree to the rules and nothing happens. No messages, nothing, just does nothing.

If no, then you do not have Javascript enabled, consult your browser documentation. If you did see a pop-up then e-mail us at contact us and be sure to give us specific details, include your Operating system and Browser name and version. 2. I keep getting warnings when I try to submit my information to join?

Solution: You must enter all information correctly. Common problems are user's e-mail addresses.
a) e-mail addresses do not begin with www.
    www.myemail@aol.com (incorrect)
    myemail@aol.com (CORRECT)
b)e-mail address can not contain spaces:
    my email@aol.com (incorrect)
    myemail@aol.com (CORRECT)

3. I never get an e-mail with my password?

Solution: AOL users who have e-mail preferences to block spam will also block e-mails from this system since the e-mails are automatically generated by this system. We have no control over this, you will need to change your AOL settings.

4. I can not respond to ads AND view enlarged photos?

Solution: If you are not getting any type of warnings and the system does no actions, then chances are you have software installed (used to block pop-up advertiements)that is preventing the POP-UP window that displays the form for entering a response or display enlarged photos. If you did not, then your system is blocking this action. Common software is Window Blocker, Ad Blocker. Unfortunately, this software also blocks windows that are not Banners and advertisements.

5. I can not Log Into System? I enter my user name and password and it keeps displaying: "You are currently not logged in or your session may have expired. Please login below."

Solution: Chances are you are using Netscape and you do not have Cookies enabled. Enable your Cookies and retry.
